My name is Lefteris Palaiologos and I have been fishing with my own boat for more than 20 years in the North Euboean Gulf. My boat is a traditional 11-meter trechantiri built in Ierissos, Chalkidiki – a faithful companion on every excursion. My love for the sea and traditional fishing has led me to engage in various fishing methods, always with respect for the environment and tradition: kiourtous for crayfish, nets for various fish species, petonies for extreme fishing, and many other techniques that honor our maritime heritage.
